Client Aftercare

Aftercare is available free of charge to all ex-clients of Western Counselling who are drug and alcohol free and/or abstinent from their addictive behaviours. Attendance is initially weekly or fortnightly. This eventually becomes monthly then as and when; dependent on you and your personal needs.

The sessions on Wednesday afternoons start at 2:30pm and feature a rolling 8 week programme of workshops, group therapy and recovery coaching, with one-to-one counselling sessions available where required.
